When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course – you decide when you start and when you finish.
When should I expect my monthly MMSVT subscription payments to be billed?
Your first payment is processed after your 7-Day trial period. Your payments are then billed every 30 days thereafter.

I purchased access to the MMS Virtual Training System but I cannot start training. What do I do?
If you purchased access to The MMS Institute Training System online, you should have received an email with your username and password. You will need to login with this information in order to start the course.

What if I want a refund?
This is a course subscription that you may cancel at any time and will not be billed again. However, due to the nature of the program, canceling a course subscription does NOT refund previous and/or current month’s charges as your course content has already been delivered.
How do I cancel my course subscription?

The video plays very slowly or sometimes stops and starts. Why is this happening?
You may be experiencing problems watching the video because you do not have a high-speed broadband Internet connection or you do not have enough memory on your computer. If you close down other programs you don’t need while playing the course videos, which may improve the video viewing experience. Please visit the Minimum Technical Requirements section of Help in order to read more about what Internet connection and computer setup we recommend to properly view the video content.
When I click on the PDF / Printable Worksheets, I cannot see or print them. What do I do?
If you are having trouble viewing and printing the PDF/ Printable Worksheets, you may not have the most updated version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. Since these documents are in PDF format, you will need this free software. Adobe Acrobat Reader only takes a short time to download.
NOTE: If you are using a Mac with Safari as your Operating System, you will need to disable any pop-up blocker to view and print the worksheets.
I didn't receive a confirmation email with my user name and password. What do I do now?
Your spam filter may have stopped the enrollment email sent to you for your records with the confirmation of your registration. Please check your junk mail folder or spam filter to locate this email.
